If you got a letter from White Lake Township about a violation,
what it really means - after talking to them is they
did an inspection on your house and noticed you had sprinklers
then then sent the letter out - you have to call them after you schedule a plumber that does the test - No Business is getting any endorsement. This is just what we have notice.

All lawn sprinkers need an inspection
every five(5) years.
This year the board has found a company (Water Works Solutions, Inc.) flat fee $75.00

The reply email should look somthing like this:
Your backflow test is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 (You will not be penalized for missing your due date. The Township has asked that you contact them with your appointment date).
You do not need to be home to have the backflow test completed. However, water to the sprinkler system must be turned on to conduct the test (sprinklers don't need to be running in the lawn, just the water turned on to the system so there is water pressure at the backflow assembly/vacuum breaker).
Please fill in your name and address on the form your received from the Township, make an extra copy, and leave both copies (the original and 1 copy) and a check for $75 payable to Water Works Solutions in a zip-top bag under the mat at the front door the morning of your test date. The time it takes to conduct each test can vary greatly, so we are not able to provide specific appointment times.
Dave will leave a completed test form for your records, and I will e-mail the other form to the Township.
