HOA Dues Policy update:

NEW: EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 - To help advocate for timely payments, the Board of Directors has decided to implement a $25.00 automatic late payment fee to any quarterly invoice not paid within the 90 day window. This policy is in accordance with our bylaws, Article II Assessment, Section III and will be effective July 1, 2026 (with the 3rd quarter billing cycle) and onward. (As a reminder, quarterly billing invoices are distributed via email in order to avoid US postage costs; so please ensure your email on file is current).

Please ensure your dues are made current by June 30, 2026 - otherwise you will see this new fee on your Q3 dues invoice.

As a safety reminder to all.......please adhere to all Stop Signs! With the warmer weather coming on, many are playing / walking outside on our streets, so please be mindful of your speeding (max 25 mph) and stop sign usage. Let's all be good neighbors to each other :)
